Live from the Track

Around 2,500 people are working on what is currently Germany’s longest construction site. A major project of historical proportions.

Video journalist Volker Beifuss tells the stories behind the technical details. He meets with the people on the track regularly – and hears all about their passion for the pipeline’s construction, about day-to-day activities like driving diggers and welding pipes, and records these stories in a regularly published video diary.
